

George has a BA in history from the University of Washington and a Masters in US History from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. George continues to work in the commercial lighting industry (30+ years) and recently retired his real estate broker license.
George and Pam share a passion for serving their community. George has been serving as a Lynnwood City Councilmember since elected in 2015, and is the current City Council President. He has been on numberous committees for the City of Lynnwood (see below). He enjoys speaking with residents and addressing their concerns. Pam is a realtor, is a member of the Lynnwood Chamber, serves on the Lynnwood Human Services Commission and is a legislative lead for the Washington Low Income Housing Alliance. They both are regular attendees of the Veterans Heros’ Café in Lynnwood which supports Veterans in our community.
George has been married to his wife, Pam, for over 45 years and have lived in Lynnwood for over 27 years. Their four children all graduated from Lynnwood High School. George and Pam enjoy time with family (especially their three grandkids) and attend Creekside Church in Lynnwood.
